Make an impact supporting early learners and students as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) through itinerant preschool early intervention services in Carbon or Lehigh County. This contract opportunity is designed for SLP-CFs passionate about helping children develop communication skills that set the foundation for lifelong learning success. While the program office is near Schnecksville, flexibility is required as assignments are based across Carbon and Lehigh Counties. You’ll enjoy a consistent 35-hour work week and the rewarding challenge of working with diverse caseloads ranging from preschoolers up through high school (PreK–12), according to assignment needs throughout the school year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active provisional or temporary PA SLP License (required)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric/educational speech-language pathology
- Willingness to travel within assigned county for itinerant service provision
- Flexibility and adaptability to serve students from preschool through high school as assignments evolve
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, intervention, and consultative services for preschool and school-age students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective strategies in diverse settings
- Complete required documentation and progress monitoring in a timely, compliant manner
- Deliver in-person services, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet student needs
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
