Make an impact working with students across all grade levels as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA) for the upcoming school year. This rewarding, full-time opportunity supports a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students and offers a consistent schedule of four days per week, totaling 35 hours (8.75 hours/day). The assignment spans the entire 2026/2027 school year, so you’ll have the chance to foster real progress and relationships with your students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active WA SLP or SLPA License required
- Education Staff Associate (ESA) credential if applying as an SLP
- Experience or interest in pediatric or school-based settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists
- New graduates (CFY) and experienced professionals encouraged to apply
- Passion for delivering high-quality therapy services to students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and evaluations for students with communication and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational teams and engage parents in student progress
