Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of school-based therapy services, partnering with educational institutions across the country to support student success. The Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our sales floor and client partnerships. This position supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and preparing contracts and documentation. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries from school partners and clinicians, coordinating schedules and follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams. The coordinator assists with data entry and reporting, tracks customer interactions to promote customer satisfaction, and helps optimize processes that enhance sales efficiency. This role works closely with sales representatives and leadership to support ongoing business development.
Key Responsibilities
Colleague & Sales Floor Support
- Partner daily with Account Executives to support day-to-day operations
- Troubleshoot candidate-related issues within internal systems (payroll, benefits, timesheets, etc.)
- Maintain working knowledge of all back-office systems to assist with general sales floor questions
- Generate and distribute reports as needed
- Serve as a collaborative team member, ensuring smooth workflow across departments
Client & Candidate Support
- Partner with school districts nationwide to support open job placements
- Assist with account management and help resolve client concerns
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare and send contracts and related documentation
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and candidates
Office Coordination & Administration
- Support general administrative and office operations
- Coordinate building access and parking for new hires
- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and package delivery
- Order and restock office supplies across departments
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Comfort using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and learning new sales tools or systems.
- Previous experience in sales support, recruitment, education, or healthcare staffing is beneficial.
