Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Charleston, WV

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Strong background in pediatric populations and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and individualized therapy to students
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with educators, parents, and other service providers
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in accordance with school guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide input to support student success
• Engage in ongoing professional growth opportunities to enhance clinical skills
