Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Passion for working with children and experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred for SLP services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Support students’ academic achievement and classroom participation by providing targeted interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure cohesive service delivery
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
