Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Wisconsin
- Experience delivering OT services in school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Home Health OT experience is a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Commitment to fostering student independence and success
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students based on IEPs and assessment findings
- Implement interventions that address fine motor skills, sensory processing, adaptive functioning, and assistive technology
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families
- Adapt therapy delivery for in-person, virtual, and home-based environments as assigned
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team sessions, and professional development
