Occupational Therapist School Setting in Henderson, MN

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for the full 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students across two nearby school sites. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and families as you provide expert occupational therapy services to approximately 40 students, tailoring interventions to foster each child’s growth and independence.

Qualifications:

• Valid OTR (Occupational Therapist, Registered) license and certification
• Relevant experience in a school setting preferred

• Knowledge of assessments, IEPs, and therapeutic interventions for K-12 populations
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-focused approach

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student needs
• Travel between two local school sites as needed
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
