Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Georgia
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Familiarity with supervising COTAs and working within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt approaches for a diverse K-12 caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the work of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants according to school protocols and standards
- Assess and document students’ needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions
- Work collaboratively with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain timely, accurate records aligned with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing development of student support programs
