Occupational Therapist School Setting in Arvada, CO

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available to support a K-8 caseload in a school environment located in Arvada, CO. This onsite role offers a contract from August 13th, 2026 through May 20th, 2027, with approximately 12 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students K-8, focusing on enhancing their ability to participate in school activities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Assess student progress and adapt interventions as needed to support developmental and educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to promote student success

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Location:

• Arvada, Colorado (onsite position)
