Occupational Therapist School Setting - Arvada, CO

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing occupational therapy services in an educational setting requires specialized skills and a commitment to supporting student development. This position offers the opportunity to deliver OT services to K-12 students within a school environment in Arvada, CO, through a contract role spanning the academic year from August 2026 to May 2027.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to a caseload of approximately 20 students.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school policies and regulations.
• Supporting student participation in classroom and school activities by adapting environments and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials appropriate for school-based practice.
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
