- Strong physical condition to handle large and heavy equipment
- Good communicator and team player
- Quick learner and motivated
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass drug screen
- Enjoys working outside - summer heat, winter chill
- MDARD certification in 3a, 3b, 6 or ability to obtain
- 40 hrs. per week
- Pay based on experience and competitive industry wages
