You Were Built for This Job If:
- You have 1 years experience operating a front end loader or Tractor
- You’re confident behind the controls of a front-end loader, Skid Steer, or Tractor
- You can operate heavy equipment in tough winter conditions — safely and skillfully.
- You take pride in keeping roads, lots, and commercial sites clear and operational.
- Operate loaders, Skid Steers, or Tractors to remove and relocate snow at commercial or municipal sites.
- Respond quickly to snow events – day or night, snow or sleet.
- Work closely with site supervisors and snow teams to execute efficient clearing routes.
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
- Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
- A valid chauffeurs driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays as needed).
