Plant Healthcare Tech
Full Time, Part Time, Internships Available
Job Details:
Identification and control of various weeds on commercial properties
Identification and control of various tree pests and diseases on commercial and residential properties
Application of various herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and nutrients throughout the growing season
Scope of treatments: flower beds, trees, right-of-way areas
Requirements
• Strong physical condition to handle large and heavy equipment
• Good communicator and team player
• Quick learner and motivated
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Pass drug screen
• Enjoys working outside - summer heat, winter chill
• MDARD certification in 3a, 3b, 6 or ability to obtain
Other:
• 40 hrs. per week
• Pay based on experience and competitive industry wages
• Room for advancement
• Crew leader positions open
• Winter work consists of snow management
