As our first Growth hire, you won’t just be booking meetings - you’ll help write the playbook for how an entire industry modernizes.

What You’ll Do
Own and operate outbound strategy end-to-end: design research frameworks, identify target markets, and develop account-based engagement plans.
Develop and iterate outbound programs: test channels, sequences, and messaging; analyze data to optimize conversion and ROI.
Synthesize insights for leadership: distill learnings from the field into product feedback, positioning recommendations, and go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with founders and product to align customer feedback with business priorities.
Build scalable processes: document playbooks, define CRM workflows, and set performance standards as we scale.
Exercise independent judgment: prioritize opportunities, determine outreach strategy, and allocate your time to the highest-impact activities.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of relevant experience (SDR, growth, marketing, consulting, or strategy).
Entrepreneurial mindset — you care about building systems and companies, not just closing deals.
Analytical and creative: able to interpret data, test hypotheses, and propose improvements.
Gritty, resourceful, and energized by iteration and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment (5 days/week).

Compensation & Benefits
$105,000 base salary equity uncapped commission (OTE $150K)
