The Role
We are looking for a true hunter someone who thrives on outbound calling and opening new doors. This role starts as an individual contributor focused on prospecting and closing new business, with a clear path to helping build, manage, and grow the outbound sales department.
Responsibilities
- Proactively call and engage medical practices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
- Conduct outbound B2B prospecting and lead generation
- Set meetings and close new business opportunities
- Track outreach and results consistently
- Help shape and improve sales processes as we grow
- Over time, assist in hiring, training, and managing new team members
Requirements
- Experience calling medical practices, hospitals, or healthcare facilities preferred
- OR proven success in outbound B2B sales and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
