Job Description:
Our client is a growing company that is looking for a Vice President of Sales to be a hands-on leader and lead by example with a focus on the tactical and hands on execution of the sales plan. The VP of Sales will be a results-oriented leader that is motivated by being in front of decision-makers and personally closing deals, while supporting the sales team in their quest to keep up with the sales goals and company results.
The Sales Leader will be responsible for sales growth while managing sales teams within the franchise locations in the region. They will be proactive in analyzing sales trends through market research and developing strategies and processes to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on sales leadership experience
- B2C sales leadership experience
- Sales team leadership experience
- Manage the Sales Team staff, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver profitable revenue growth
- Become the CRM (Hubspot) expert ensuring all data and reporting are accurate and useful in determining growth
- Lead and develop your team as a core contributor to the growth
- 100% emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities
- Ensure that proper financial goals of the sales team are in place (sales revenue and dollar scope of the responsibility
- Build and execute a channel strategy increasing market share across all channels
- Develop and manage Sales Designers and Sales Administrators to attain revenue expectations on budget.
- Execute corporate marketing strategies for effective product launch and brand awareness to
- infiltrate new opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base range of $140K depending on experience
- Variable compensation for team performance & targets achieved
- OTE can range from $175K to $200K
