Job Description:

The Senior Client Success Manager is a relationship-driven role focused on customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth.

This position was created as part of the company’s shift from transactional sales to a customer-centric model, where success is measured by long-term retention and account expansion (pull-through revenue) rather than short-term transactions.

The ideal candidate brings established relationships in the Tucson market, strong industry credibility, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor, effectively bridging customer needs with internal operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, building partnerships across facilities, procurement, and leadership
• Drive customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnership success
• Identify and execute account expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell strategies (pull-through revenue)
• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients internally
• Partner closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
• Develop trusted advisor relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and long-term needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base =$130k
• Variable Compensation = 15% of base
• Year One On-Target Earnings: ~$150k
