Job Description:
Our client is seeking its first Sales/Business Development Representative to help accelerate business growth throughout Central Florida. This newly created role will focus on generating new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach while representing innovative AI, automation, managed IT, cybersecurity, and emerging technology solutions. Working alongside company leadership, the successful candidate will receive mentorship and progressively assume ownership of the sales process as the organization continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to support consistent sales growth.
- Develop relationships with CEOs, business owners, IT decision-makers, and technology leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal presentations and closing.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business challenges and qualify sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, track sales activity, and meet pipeline and performance KPIs.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, conferences, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and credibility.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $70,000
- Variable Compensation =
- Uncapped commission and accelerators available for exceeding performance targets

- Year One On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$130k
