We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Builders Relations Specialist to support our growing operations. In this role, you’ll help strengthen builder relationships, improve internal processes, and ensure a smooth experience for both customers and teams.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Builder & Customer Relationship Management
- Â Serve as a key liaison between builders, customers, and internal teamsÂ
- Â Manage and respond to customer and internal communications promptlyÂ
- Â Implement structured follow-ups to enhance customer satisfactionÂ
🔹 Operational Excellence & Organization
- Â Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accuracy and reportingÂ
- Â Organize and manage shared drives and documentationÂ
- Build scalable systems in ClickUp to track workflows and performanceÂ
🔹 Pricing & Data Management
- Lead the maintenance and updates of Builder PricingÂ
- Collaborate with purchasing and leadership on pricing changesÂ
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvementsÂ
🔹 Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with precisionÂ
- Â Manage reservations and logistics for external meetingsÂ
- Maintain accurate contact databasesÂ
🔹 Process Improvement & Communication
- Standardize Builders Relations processes across departmentsÂ
- Improve communication flow between teamsÂ
- Â Proactively identify gaps and implement solutions

-  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred)Â
-  1–3 years of customer service or operations experienceÂ
- Â Proficiency with Google Workspace toolsÂ
- Â Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
