ERP Business Analyst
Job Description:
Works as a primary liaison among key internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and improve reporting performance. Acts as the key business partner with management, understands the business challenges and opportunities, and drives that enable the organization to achieve its operational and financial goals.

Candidate Must Have:
· Provide support/guidance to stakeholders on effective approaches to achieving project, operational & financial objectives
· Leverage ERP & EPM (Infor LN) report expertise and client handling skills to drive growth and profitability; resolve issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction in each department (Executives, Managers & Supervisors).
· Evaluates new system functionality and aligns solutions (Gap analysis).
· Creates and enhances reporting capabilities while understanding / analyzes the data on hand
· Direct and enhance current local onboarding & training programs for ERP & EPM users in each department.
· Provide support for requested financial reporting package and related reports.
· Performs other duties as assigned as directed by the Controller and IT Manager.
Requirements:
Degree: B.S. or B.B.A degree in technology or related field.
List of years of experience needed for position: 3 years business analyst and/or development of financial reports experience in an ERP and EPM environment desired.
Proficient with Power Bi and/or other reporting tools
Strong analytical skills, with data mining experience
Specific skill sets necessary for the position: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a problem-solving, service-oriented mentality in a manufacturing environment. Complete understanding of company's operations and products; effectively interact in a positive manner with all levels in the organization; exhibit innovative thinking and the ability to effectively influence and/or drive change and improvements. ERP systems experience (LN) and Microsoft Power BI preferred.
Physical requirements: Ability to lift IT equipment (up to 30 pounds), install and maintain systems. Business casual office environment. International travel required (less than 10%).
