Summary
An established healthcare products company is seeking a Director of Billing & Revenue Cycle to lead all Part B billing functions, oversee both on-site and offshore billing teams, and drive reimbursement optimization. This role is responsible for patient qualification review, documentation accuracy, and ensuring claims are fully worked from submission through payment. The ideal candidate has deep Medicare Part B expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement processes that improve revenue capture across product lines and payer types. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Medicare Part B billing operations, including on-site and offshore billers.

• Review patient qualification, documentation completeness, coding accuracy, and root causes of denials; implement corrective workflows.

• Strengthen oversight to ensure all claims are fully worked.

• Partner with internal teams to improve documentation practices and streamline billing processes.

• Develop performance metrics, reporting structures, and continuous improvement initiatives across Part B billing.

• Maintain current knowledge of Medicare Part B regulation

Requirements

• Proven experience in Medicare Part B billing, revenue cycle management, and reimbursement optimization.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret billing data, identify gaps, and implement solutions.

• Experience managing or overseeing offshore billing teams preferred.

• Deep understanding of qualification criteria, documentation requirements, and payer processes.

• Clear communicator with strong compliance awareness and operational leadership ability.
