Director of Operations

A large healthcare organization seeking a strong operational leader to oversee multi-site operations, improve systems and efficiency, and support continued growth. This role will drive process improvements, lead operational teams, and partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen overall performance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, including front-office teams and call center operations
• Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and standard operating procedures to support continued growth and scalability
• Evaluate staffing needs, improve workforce allocation, and implement cross-training initiatives to ensure effective departmental coverage
• Partner with leadership and clinical teams to improve the non-clinical patient experience, including customer service, intake processes, communication flow, and wait times
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements, systems enhancements, and new technologies
• Lead and coordinate operational projects and support expansion initiatives across the organization
• Track and analyze operational metrics, prepare reports, and conduct regular meetings to proactively address challenges and improve performance
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align operational strategy with organizational goals
• Mentor and develop department managers while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within healthcare or another high-volume service-based environment
• Strong track record of leading teams, improving processes, and scaling operations effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management and data-driven operational decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
