Chief Financial Officer

A fast-growing, innovative technology company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and lead all financial functions and strategy.

This role will provide clear financial visibility across the organization, support ownership and department leaders with data-driven insights, and help guide the company through its next phase of growth.

• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making
• Lead all finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent reporting
• Provide ownership and department leaders with clear financial perspectives to support operational and strategic decisions
• Create organization-wide visibility into financial performance, metrics, and trends
• Oversee accounting operations and internal controls
• Liaise with external accountants, banks, and financial partners
• Develop and refine financial processes, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models
• Identify challenges and proactively drive solutions to move the business forward

• Proven senior-level finance leadership experience, ideally as a CFO or senior finance leader
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and financial strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly distill complex financial data
• Ability to create clarity and visibility around the numbers for non-finance stakeholders
• High drive and ownership mentality with a solutions-oriented approach
• Humble, down-to-earth leadership style with strong collaboration skills

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
