Bonus for Experienced Inspectors
Licensed and experienced inspectors are eligible for a $650 bonus after 90 days of successfully completing inspections independently.

Training & Support
New inspectors receive structured onboarding, ride-alongs, and report calibration to ensure confidence and consistency in the field. While inspection skills can be trained, we place a high value on service mindset, professionalism, and communication.
Licensing & Experience
Licensed Florida home inspectors are strongly preferred.
We are open to the right unlicensed candidate who is motivated, coachable, and serious about becoming a professional home inspector. We will help guide you through the licensing process and support you along the way. Employment will begin after Florida licensure is obtained.
What to Expect
Inspection Area
Jacksonville and surrounding areas
Most travel within about one hour of home
Typical drive time between inspections is 15–45 minutes
Inspection Volume
Most days include two full home inspections
Some days may also include smaller inspections such as 4-Point or Wind Mitigation reports
Responsibilities
Perform home inspections in accordance with Florida Standards of Practice
Inspect roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attics, and crawl spaces
Conduct ancillary services as needed
Produce clear, accurate, easy-to-understand inspection reports
Communicate findings calmly, clearly, and reassuringly with clients
Provide an exceptional customer experience and help create peace of mind
Requirements
Florida Home Inspector license or willingness to obtain licensure
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with technology and reporting software
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Professional, service-focused mindset
Schedule
Full-time
Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays
