We're hiring: Clinical Information Manager
Lead clinical informatics strategy for a growing organization β bridging clinical operations and technical teams to drive smarter, safer, more efficient patient care through technology. This is a high-impact role, with real influence over how clinical systems support care delivery.
What you'll do:
πΉ Lead a team supporting and optimizing EHR modules and digital health platforms
πΉ Oversee selection, configuration, and rollout of clinical software β EHR, off-the-shelf, and custom solutions
πΉ Drive process mapping and workflow redesign to boost efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
πΉ Own data integrity, clinical terminology standards, and structured data capture initiatives
πΉ Coordinate testing of system upgrades and lead root-cause analysis on issues
πΉ Serve as the key liaison between clinical departments, IT, analytics, and outside vendors
πΉ Coach, mentor, and manage a team of systems and support specialists
πΉ Build training plans and documentation to support user adoption
πΉ Contribute to long-term digital health strategy and technology roadmap planning
What you bring:
β Strong knowledge of EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and order management
β Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCDA) and clinical terminology (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT)
β Solid understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS, accreditation)
β Proven experience supervising, mentoring, and developing technical/informatics staff
β 3 years of progressive experience in clinical informatics, EHR implementation/support, or health IT operations
β Bachelor's degree required (Health Informatics, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, IS, or related); Master's preferred
β Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
π Some travel between sites required | Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
