Clinical Manager

We're hiring: Clinical Information Manager

Lead clinical informatics strategy for a growing organization — bridging clinical operations and technical teams to drive smarter, safer, more efficient patient care through technology. This is a high-impact role, with real influence over how clinical systems support care delivery.

What you'll do:

🔹 Lead a team supporting and optimizing EHR modules and digital health platforms

🔹 Oversee selection, configuration, and rollout of clinical software — EHR, off-the-shelf, and custom solutions

🔹 Drive process mapping and workflow redesign to boost efficiency, accuracy, and user experience

🔹 Own data integrity, clinical terminology standards, and structured data capture initiatives

🔹 Coordinate testing of system upgrades and lead root-cause analysis on issues

🔹 Serve as the key liaison between clinical departments, IT, analytics, and outside vendors

🔹 Coach, mentor, and manage a team of systems and support specialists

🔹 Build training plans and documentation to support user adoption

🔹 Contribute to long-term digital health strategy and technology roadmap planning

What you bring:

✅ Strong knowledge of EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and order management

✅ Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCDA) and clinical terminology (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT)

✅ Solid understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS, accreditation)

✅ Proven experience supervising, mentoring, and developing technical/informatics staff

✅ 3 years of progressive experience in clinical informatics, EHR implementation/support, or health IT operations

✅ Bachelor's degree required (Health Informatics, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, IS, or related); Master's preferred

✅ Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

📍 Some travel between sites required | Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
