Our client is looking for a professional, customer-focused Printer/Copier Technician to maintain, service, and repair copier and printer equipment at customer sites. In this role, you’ll be the trusted go-to technician for your local territory, keeping equipment running smoothly and providing outstanding on-site support every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair printer/copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, courteous, and cost-effective service.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your service vehicle.
- Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies.
- Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage.
- Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
- Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with Printer/Copier equipment such as Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica Minolta equipment is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any legally required background checks and drug screenings, where applicable.
