New Sales Coordination
- Pull new sales reports and input data into tracking spreadsheets
- Email and text new customers to introduce the company and gather scheduling availability
- Coordinate pre-walks and installations, including customer communications and confirmations
- Provide "What to Expect" messaging prior to installation dates
- Schedule and confirm winterizations for current-year installs
- Reconcile daily crew times in ServiceTitan
- Close out residential, homebuilder, post-walk, QC, and safety check jobs
- Add warranty and membership package information into customer accounts
- Support crew leaders with dispatching, tracking, and time entries
- Prepare man-hour win/loss reports per crew and job
- Order, cancel, or follow up on utility locates for residential, homebuilder, and rehab installs
- Maintain a monthly spreadsheet of utility hits and manage billing follow-up
- Keep all locate records organized and up to date
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software
- Full-time, on-site position
- Some repetitive hand and arm motions with prolonged sitting
- Occasional standing, walking, kneeling, or lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Must be able to travel locally up to 50% of the time
- Work environment is typically low to moderate in noise
