What You’ll Do
- Run on-site appointments and deliver accurate, professional estimates
- Generate new business through self-driven lead generation and prospecting
- Own your pipeline from first contact through close
- Follow up consistently on all opportunities until a decision is made
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Build trust with homeowners and clearly present solutions and pricing
- Track performance and maintain weekly scorecards
- Identify upsell opportunities and maximize each job’s value
- Deliver a strong customer experience while driving revenue
- Proven ability to sell, close, and generate revenue
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups at once
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience in irrigation, landscaping, or residential construction
- Background in estimating or project-based sales
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools
- $55,000 base salary
- 5% commission on all residential sales
- 15% commission after reaching $950,000 in annual sales
- Monthly commission payouts based on prior month performance
- Full-time position
- Based in Omaha, NE with regular field travel
- Schedule driven by customer appointments and seasonal demand
