Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, providing accurate estimates, and guiding homeowners through the sales and project process. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads
- Conduct roof inspections to assess damage, wear, and replacement needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and available solutions
- Assist customers with insurance claims related to storm or property damage
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
- Close sales and manage the project from contract through completion
- Coordinate with project managers, crews, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers
- Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required (roofing, construction, or home services preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections (training provided if needed)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
