Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and personable Roofing Canvasser to generate leads by engaging homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. This role focuses on identifying potential roofing needs, educating homeowners on our services, and setting appointments for roof inspections and estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas to promote roofing services (repairs, replacements, storm damage inspections, etc.)
- Speak with homeowners to identify roofing issues such as leaks, aging roofs, or storm damage
- Educate potential customers on services, insurance claim assistance, and financing options
- Schedule qualified appointments for free roof inspections or consultations
- Track daily activity, leads, and appointments using company systems or apps
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive attitude in the field
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners face-to-face
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven
- Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
