About the Role
Vertex Roofing is hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to represent our company at home shows, retail locations, and community events. Your job will be to speak with homeowners, generate interest in roof inspections, and help schedule appointments.

What You’ll Do
- Work at home shows, retail locations, and local events
- Speak with homeowners and generate qualified leads
- Help schedule roof inspections
- Set up and break down event booths
- Represent the company professionally and positively
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $18–$22/hr
- Additional performance incentives
- High performers consistently earn well above hourly pay
Schedule
- Mostly evenings and weekends
- Flexible scheduling
- Part-time to start, with opportunity for more hours
