Roofing Crew Lead

Pay: $22-$24/hour

We are growing and looking for a reliable Roofing Crew Lead to join our team and take ownership of roofing crews in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews on residential and commercial projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Read plans, manage job scope, and communicate with project managers and team members throughout each project
• Train and mentor team members while completing roof repairs up to 10 sq on tile and shingle roofs
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 18 and authorized to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 2 years of general roofing experience required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check and be comfortable working in extreme temperatures while using proper safety equipment and harnesses
• General Roofing: 2 years (required)
