Pro-Link, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to support independent JanSan distributors across the Midwest and Western region.
Pro-Link is a national janitorial sales and marketing organization supporting 100 independent distributors nationwide. We help distributors grow through strategic programs, private-label solutions, field support, and industry-leading vendor partnerships.
This is a strong fit for someone who understands JanSan distribution, field sales, and how independent distributors win.
About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will work directly with distributor owners, sales leaders, sales reps, and vendor partners to drive growth, strengthen program adoption, and support better field execution.
This is not a desk-based corporate support role. It is a relationship-driven, field-facing position for someone who can connect Pro-Link’s national resources to local distributor sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong distributor and vendor relationships
- Lead sales meetings, trainings, and program reviews
- Support adoption of Pro-Link programs and private-label solutions
- Coach distributor sales teams on key initiatives
- Identify growth, category, and market opportunities
- Track activity, engagement, and performance metrics
- Share field insight with Pro-Link HQ
- Support new program and product rollouts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience
- JanSan, facility maintenance, or distribution experience preferred
- 5 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of distributor sales models
- Ability to build trust with owners, leaders, reps, and vendor partners
- Strong communication, presentation, and meeting skills
- Experience with sales training, coaching, or program rollout
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to travel across the Midwest and Western region
