Pro-Health Care, one of the leading home care agencies in Anoka County, is seeking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position for our office in Columbia Heights. Responsibilities:
- Data entry and filing of client paperwork
- Assisting in billing and payroll related tasks
- Assisting in coordinating services provided to clients
- Collecting and processing employee time card information
- Receiving and assisting visiting clients, potential clients, and employees
- Fielding telephone calls from clients and employees
- Performing other office-related duties
Qualifications:
- 2 years of post-secondary education or training required
- 2 years of experience in home care industry preferred
- Excellent data entry and computer skills required, especially with Excel
- Must be comfortable learning and navigating new computer tools and processes
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be polite, positive, and detail-oriented
- Must be experienced in dealing with clients of various cultural backgrounds
- Must type 40 WPM
