How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Install Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless, stress-free HVAC installation experience. You’ll work closely with both our Sales and Installation teams, overseeing project details from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Projects- Oversee HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Support Customers – Act as the main point of contact, guiding customers through every step of the process.
- Manage Logistics – Manage schedules, coordinate with contractors, and oversee all moving parts to ensure smooth, on-time installations.
- Streamline Processes- Assist customers with financing, payments, permitting, rebates, and scheduling to eliminate confusion and hassle.
- Build Trust- Maintain open communication, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Optimize Operations-Support dispatch, administrative tasks, and keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in HVAC, construction, or a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with leadership qualities.
- Open to feedback and eager to improve.
- Previous experience in project management or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with scheduling software (preferably Service Titan) and MS Office Suite.
