Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Irrigation Installation Foreman role based in Hudson, MA. The Foreman will oversee and lead a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, reading and interpreting project blueprints, installing irrigation components, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to team members. Maintaining organization, quality, and safety standards on the job site will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Experience with irrigation system components, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical manuals
- Leadership skills to manage, train, and oversee project team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction and landscaping projects
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving irrigation system issues
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, materials, and resources effectively
- Valid driver’s license required; additional certifications in irrigation systems or backflow prevention are a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in irrigation installation and/or landscaping
