We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Come join the ACCA's Commercial Contractor of the year. Be an integral part of our team, selling commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, and cook-line equipment services, replacements, and maintenance agreements in the Central Florida area. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory sales, with a passion for developing new business opportunities. The pay package for this position includes a base salary and uncapped commissions.
Duties
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
- Provide clear and concise new client turnover information to the appropriate departments within Pro Air Mechanical to ensure clients wants and needs are met.
- Developing, maintaining and reporting territory and market segment sales strategy and tactical plans, maintaining and managing a pipeline of opportunities and meeting/exceeding your annual sales quota.
- Provide timely and clear feedback to the Company’s management regarding, business opportunities, competitive threats, and customer issues/opportunities.
- Gain a thorough understanding and knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings, competition within our geographic areas, and of your assigned customer’s unique needs, requirements, business issues and critical success drivers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, or business development within a B2B environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated success in territory sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Must possess clean DMV record and be able to pass a background check.
