Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin - In office position (5 Day Per Week Required)

We’re looking for recruiters who:
· Previous sales experience or recruiting
· Recruiting experience is not required; we train motivated individuals who have a desire to build a career in recruiting.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
· Know how to push through rejection and close deals.
· Are comfortable having difficult conversations (pay, relocation, counteroffers)
· Are motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do after successful completion of Recruiter Academy :
· Make 60–100 outbound calls/day to source and close candidates.
· Recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, allied, etc.)
· Own the full cycle: sourcing → qualifying → closing → offer negotiation.
· Manage multiple offers, fall-offs, and competing priorities.
· Close passive candidates and overcome objections.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven ability to hit metrics (calls, placements, revenue)
· Competitive, money-motivated mindset.
· Strong technical skills working in multiple systems daily.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outcomes/Deliverables
· Met daily, weekly, monthly metrics as determined by leadership.
