Responsibilities - Receptionist:
- Answer a multi-line telephone and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, assist with clerical duties, and more.
- Assist with data entry, filing paperwork, etc.
- Stock common areas with supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications - Receptionist:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and professional appearance
- Punctual, dependable and a person of integrity
- Receptionist and clerical experience is preferred
