A well-established automotive dealership in the Clarksburg/Fairmont, WV area is seeking to hire an Automotive Service Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused service department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated leader who knows how to drive department performance, support technicians and advisors, improve CSI, and maintain a positive team culture.
We are seeking a hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with employee support and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service department operations
- Lead and support Advisors, Technicians, and staff
- Monitor productivity, profitability, and CSI performance
- Maintain efficient workflow and fair dispatching
- Assist with hiring, training, and employee development
- Ensure repair order accuracy and operational efficiency
- Work closely with Parts and Sales departments
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Service Manager experience is required
- Franchise dealership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive service department performance
- Experience managing technicians, advisors, and fixed operations processes
- Organized, professional, and customer-focused
- Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or dealership software experience is a plus
