Personal Assistant — Upper West Side, Manhattan Compensation: $45.-50.00 per hour benefits

Schedule: 32–40 hours per week (4–5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility)

An organized, service-oriented Personal Assistant is sought to provide day-to-day support to a Columbia University student on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. This is an excellent opportunity for a warm, polished, and dependable individual who enjoys helping others stay organized, prepared, and on track with their personal and academic commitments. The right candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a calm, supportive presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable daily personal assistance and support.t
• Assist with grooming, wardrobe organization, and personal styling
• Manage calendar and scheduling of appointments
• Run occasional errands and help with household organization
• Act as a supportive, steady presence, anticipating needs and proactively assisting
• Academic support, including light research tasks, bibliographies, and project organization
• Serve as a resourceful problem-solver and troubleshoot day-to-day challenges

• College graduate, highly organized and tech-savvy with digital scheduling tools
• Friendly, patient, and intuitive with a naturally helpful disposition
• Discreet, trustworthy, and highly dependable
• Well-mannered with polished social skills, comfortable interacting with peers and professionals
• Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent follow-through
• Previous experience supporting private individuals or families preferred
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing needs

Location: Upper West Side, Manhattan

Schedule: 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed by mutual agreement
