RIVATE HOUSEKEEPER — DOWNTOWN RESIDENCE - RICHMOND,
Single male (Principal) seeking Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment across several personal properties. Must be service-oriented, reliable, detail-focused, and enjoys supporting a busy individual with high standards.
$20-25/hour 25 hours/week No experience necessary, but preferred—training provided additional hours and pay for the right individual after training. Monday–Friday, 10AM–3PM Occasional evenings or weekends for special events

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the home(s) to a hotel-quality standard. This is NOT a simple Day Cleaner position. This requires anticipating the needs of the Principal who travels regularly and runs multiple businesses, The homes should remain clean, orderly, and prepared at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning multiple private residences used by the Principal
- Changing air filters, taking out trash
- Organizing closets, Flower arranging, making beds
- Washing, drying, folding, ironing, and steaming clothing
- Basic cooking for dinners like pot roast, spaghetti, roasted chicken, tacos, meatloaf, or similar dishes 1 day per week
- Running errands, grocery shopping, picking up/dropping off items
- Cleaning and fueling the Principal’s car
- Ordering household supplies online
- Basic computer literacy required

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, Social Security number
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Full training provided
- Service-minded attitude and pride in maintaining a beautiful home
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to maintain privacy, discretion, and professional boundaries. EOE, inclusive. Flexible scheduling. English or Spanish speaking.
