Full-Time Housekeeper (Laundry-Focused)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
(Overtime available on weekends if desired)
Location: Naples, FL 34102
Start Date: ASAP
We are a couple seeking an extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and methodical full-time housekeeper to maintain our home to a very high standard. Laundry is the primary responsibility in this role, and we are looking for someone who truly excels at and takes pride in it.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine, precision, and following a structured checklist—and who notices the small details others might miss.
Key Responsibilities
You will follow a detailed daily and weekly checklist, including but not limited to:
- Laundry (primary responsibility):
- Sorting, washing, drying, steaming/ironing as needed
- Folding and putting away clothing with care and consistency
- Managing linens, towels, bedding, and specialty items
- Following specific garment-care instructions precisely
- Housekeeping duties:
- Making beds neatly and consistently
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Light kitchen cleaning and upkeep
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general tidying on a rotating schedule
- Deep cleaning and organizing from time to time
- Organization & upkeep:
- Maintaining orderly closets and laundry areas
- Restocking household supplies and notifying us when items run low
Who You Are
- Extremely reliable and punctual — this is non-negotiable
- Highly detail-oriented with high personal standards for cleanliness
- Experienced in private homes
- Comfortable following a timed, structured checklist independently
- Takes pride in doing things the right way, not the fastest way
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent English skills and strong references we can contact
