Young professional couple with live-in parents is seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Housekeeper & Cook to help remove friction from their daily lives. They reside in Mount Dora in a 4 bed/ 5 bath home. The homeowners work from home and travel often, requiring a proactive, trustworthy, and discreet professional who can keep the household running smoothly and efficiently while fully respecting the family’s privacy and remaining quietly in the background.
**Responsibilities**
- Menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, and daily cooking
- Daily tidying, routine and deep cleaning
- Household laundry
- Light maintenance and light yard/garden assistance
- Occasional errands, house sitting, and vendor coordination/ supervision
- Care for two well-trained German Shepherds
- Help with projects and parties as needed
**Requirements**
- Strong cooking skills and solid housekeeping experience
- Organized, self-starting, and able to work independently
- Discreet, respectful of privacy, and open to feedback
- Comfortable caring for dogs
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference verification
- CPR/ First Aid preferred
**Schedule & Benefits**
- 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (typically 9a - 6p)
