We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant (EA) to provide strategic and operational support to a high-functioning family office. This is a unique and multifaceted role supporting both professional and personal spheres, ensuring seamless execution across all areas of responsibility.
This is not your typical EA role — you’ll be at the center of both business and household operations, helping to manage everything from calendars and travel to estate logistics and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to principals, including calendar, email, and travel management
- Manage and coordinate personal and professional priorities, proactively resolving conflicts and handling time-sensitive tasks
- Support estate and household operations, including vendor management, household staffing coordination, and oversight of ongoing maintenance and projects
- Assist with financial organization, including expense tracking, bill payment coordination, and liaison with accountants and financial advisors
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the family, professional contacts, and service providers
- Manage special projects and ad-hoc requests with discretion and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or high-net-worth individuals
- Experience working with or within family offices strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask across diverse responsibilities
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Flexible, solutions-oriented, and resourceful with a service-minded approach
- Tech-forward and comfortable with digital tools used for scheduling, communications, and project management
- On-site availability in Utah County is required
