Finance Manager

We’re seeking a Finance Manager to lead and support a dynamic finance team overseeing a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly impact operations, reporting, and investor relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, operations, and reporting for investments, including co-investments, credit, and private equity–related positions.
- Review monthly returns, NAVs, capital account activity, and investor reporting.
- Manage partnership activities such as new investments, sales, valuations, partner allocations, and capital calls.
- Lead financial reporting, quarterly statements, management fee and carried interest calculations, and year-end audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation and technology to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and legal teams to resolve inquiries and support investor communications.
- Mentor and guide team members, contribute to team planning, and oversee special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in investment management, public accounting, or a similar financial environment.
- Strong understanding of investment structures, partnership accounting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel; experience with VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, or Python a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or Master’s preferred.
