Position: Executive Assistant to the COO

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and fast-paced Executive Assistant to support our new COO. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and capable of managing a dynamic workload, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to operate under time pressures in a global business context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, managing emails and communications.
- Prepare and facilitate meeting setups and logistics, ensuring the COO is well-prepared and supported.
- Collaborate with other platform services team members (multiple EAs) to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and expenses.
- Be available to check emails on Sunday nights to ensure coverage for the upcoming week.
- Assist with the organization of schedules and time management to optimize the COO's productivity.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role. Industry experience is open; however, professional services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect easily and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Versatile technology skills, with a readiness to adapt to new tools and software.
Work Environment:
- The position requires approximately three days a week in the office, alongside significant travel commitments.
- The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the COO's team, contributing to both operational functions and ongoing strategic initiatives.
Salary : $100,000 - $105,000
