About the Role We are seeking a seasoned District Manager fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English to oversee operations at a premier luxury residential condominium. As a key representative of ownership, you will partner closely with the Board of Directors to drive operational performance, uphold service standards, and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the onsite management team; develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors; attend meetings and provide operational, financial, and strategic updates
- Prepare and manage capital and operating budgets, including variance analysis and forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain strong vendor relations
- Monitor mechanical systems and oversee preventive maintenance and emergency preparedness programs
- Ensure vendor contract compliance and review purchase orders exceeding site staff authorization levels
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, residents, and vendors to uphold service quality
Qualifications
- 5 years of property management or hospitality experience (multi-property preferred)
- 5 years working with HOAs and Boards of Directors (condominium)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese, written and verbal (required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of team management experience
- Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of building operational systems, leasing, and administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
