We are seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3–7 years of litigation experience who enjoys taking ownership of cases and contributing meaningfully to strategy. The ideal candidate has excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills and is comfortable managing matters from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include

• Developing and implementing case strategy
• Preparing Pleadings
• Conducting discovery, including written discovery and taking/defending depositions
• Preparing and arguing law and motion
• Attending mediations
• Preparing cases for trial or arbitration
• Meaningfully participating in trials and arbitrations
