Responsibilities Include
- Developing and implementing case strategy
- Preparing Pleadings
- Conducting discovery, including written discovery and taking/defending depositions
- Preparing and arguing law and motion
- Attending mediations
- Preparing cases for trial or arbitration
- Meaningfully participating in trials and arbitrations
- Relaxed, supportive small‑firm culture

- Competitive salary range: $200,000–$250,000 DOE
