Background
- 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation. Personal injury or construction defect defense is a plus.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
